Therapeutic Sound Massage
This session uses the SoundBody Method™ to create a deeply relaxing sound and vibration experience. Therapeutic singing bowls are placed on and around the body, allowing soothing tones and gentle vibrations to be both heard and felt. Sessions are designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and create space for deep rest, grounding, and renewal. Each session includes time for stillness and integration so you can return to your day feeling centered and refreshed.
