This signature session weaves together Reiki’s universal life-force energy with Access Bars® work that gently clears the consciousness held in 32 head points. Reiki soothes and balances the body, mind, and spirit while the Bars dissolve mental clutter, limiting beliefs, and emotional charge — together they create a powerful synergy that calms the nervous system and opens space for new clarity and ease. Clients have shared that the experience felt “relaxed and energized,” that they noticed “waves of energy” and left feeling “lighter” and more emotionally clear.

Distance Reiki Session
Distance Reiki is a gentle yet powerful form of energy healing that does not require you to be physically present. Using traditional Reiki techniques, intention, and focused energetic connection, I tune into your energy field to help promote balance, release stress, and support healing on emotional, mental, and physical levels. Clients often report sensations of warmth, tingling, deep relaxation, emotional release, or seeing colors or images. Distance Reiki allows you to receive healing from the comfort of your own home.

My last in-person sessions will be Monday, November 10, 2025. I’ll be taking a few weeks off to rest and heal from surgery.
